About Hometown
Aditude: The Team |
 |
Beth Christianson-Melby
Beth brings to your table more than 15 years of big-city marketing
and advertising experience—and a whole lot of hometown
heart. She’s owned a small business, managed a big-box
retail store and overseen accounts large and small as a general
manager and account supervisor for a big-city marketing and
advertising agency. Beth earned her marketing and business administration
degrees from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Today, she,
her husband, Doug, and their four-legged “children”
live just three blocks from Hometown Aditude’s headquarters
in beautiful downtown Hillsboro. |

Teran Brown
Teran is your best bet in a brainstorm:
She’s full of energy and big-picture ideas, yet still
keeps her finger on the fine details of a project that often
prove crucial in the end. Teran also brings you big-city agency
experience: She worked for two years as an account manager for
a large marketing and advertising firm. And her experience with
a regional distributor and a national manufacturing firm provides
added insight into how the hometown advantage can be leveraged
by companies both big and small. Teran earned her degree in
communications from the University of North Dakota. She and
her husband, Bobby, make their home on a farm in rural Cummings,
North Dakota, along with their two cats and a Pomeranian named
Dakota. |

Erin Brule
Erin is our resident artist; she prides
herself on attention to detail and creative consistency. And
while she excels at just about everything—her portfolio
includes beautiful logo and stationery designs as well as packaging
and point-of-sale displays for regional and national companies—her
specialty is in digital illustration. Erin worked for a mid-size
marketing agency for five years, the last two as Art Director.
She earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in graphic
design from The Art Institute International Minnesota. Today,
Erin, her husband, Jeff, and their two sons live on a farm near
Crookston, Minnesota, where she enjoys baking, photography and
eating dark chocolate! |
