Teran and Beth are not only business partners, they are the best of friends, and many times spend more time together than they do with anyone else!

Beth has more than 20 years experience in marketing and a desire to see her clients succeed. Over the years, Hometown Aditude has developed its niche in economic development and farm-related manufacturing and services. This suits Beth very well as it ties into this Minnesota farm girl's great passion for agriculture and all things rural!
One of Beth's talents is to take big, and sometimes complicated, concepts from many different industries and makes them easy to understand. The ever-changing nature of marketing and the fun atmosphere of Hometown Aditude keep the words and ideas flowing!
Before founding Hometown Aditude, Beth was the general manager and account supervisor at another agency. She also has experience as the marketing director at a telecommunications company, store manager at a big-box retailer, and owned a small retail business in Bismarck where, incidentally, Teran's mom used to shop!
Beth earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She and her husband, Doug, and their four-legged kids live just three blocks from Hometown Aditude's headquarters in beautiful downtown Hillsboro.
Teran has been in marketing for almost ten years. She received her communications degree from University of North Dakota and quickly began her career in marketing as an account assistant and later an account manager. That's where she met Beth, and the two just clicked!
At Hometown Aditude, Teran keeps her finger on the fine details that are so critical for a project's success. She works with clients and vendors to ensure timely, accurate delivery of marketing materials, while maintaining client budgets. In a brainstorm, Teran brings cutting-edge ideas and a whole lot of energy!
Teran loves that Hometown Aditude lets her express her individuality. Because the business of branding is both creative and strategic, it fits her unique personality like no other industry. In this business, the work changes daily, and that keeps Teran's energy level high!
Originally from Bismarck, Teran now lives in Hillsboro – two doors down from Beth – with her daughters Harmon and Bently. In true Teran style, she rocks Hillsboro with her fun personality and her heels.
